Discipline Support Officer #Potong Pasir
Working hour Mon to Thur: 9 am to 4.30 pm Fri: 8 am to 12.30 pm Key Roles Fact-Finding & Investigation: Assist the discipline team in investigating student misconduct and bullying cases; document findings and maintain proper records
Student Engagement & Pastoral Care: Engage students in disciplinary cases with pastoral support; build positive relationships with at-risk students; monitor student well-being after incidents
Supervision & School Safety: Provide additional presence at school locations during peak periods (before school, recess, dismissal, transitions); conduct regular patrols; respond to student misconduct/conflict; support de-escalation and safe referral; assist in monitoring students serving disciplinary consequences; surface environmental factors contributing to discipline issues
Requirements At least 1 year of relevant experience
Minimum GCE N Level certificate
Prior experience in Singapore Armed Forces, Singapore Police Force, or other relevant uniformed services and/or in schools, particularly in leadership, investigation, training, or personnel management
Experience working with youths or in educational settings advantageous
Familiarity with restorative practices, case management, and student support frameworks
