Discipline Support Officer #Barker Road

Working hour Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 5:00pm Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm Key Roles Assist in preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews for minor incidents

Obtain statements, compile evidence, and prepare structured incident reports

Update parents on investigation progress and conclusion

Supervise students in Behavioural Detention Class (BDC) and Corrective Work Order (CWO)

Ensure students complete assigned detention tasks; follow up on missed detentions

Support students on in-house suspension and those missing from class

Support learning continuity during suspension by liaising with form teachers

Perform data entry for late-coming, offences, and interventions

Compile weekly/monthly discipline statistics

Monitor student reporting channel and maintain confidentiality

Review detention, late-coming, and CWO processes during holidays

Any other student management duties assigned by the School

Qualifications 3 years of relevant working experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google collaborative tools
