Planning Specialist

Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.

Monitor production plan execution, analyze deviations, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

Prepare and follow up on Material Requirements to ensure the availability of required materials according to production plans.

Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing & Sales to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor inventory levels and align material requirements with production and finished goods plans.

Prepare planning reports and relevant production KPIs.

3–5 years of experience in Production Planning or Material Planning.

Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

Strong MS Excel skills; ERP experience is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, follow-up, and coordination skills.
