Purchasing Officer

Main Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the delivery of communication equipment to the site team on time.
2. Analyze prices and present procurement prices to the team leader for consideration.
3. Place orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
4. Verify and confirm PO documents.
5. Create material delivery plans and issue critical part lists to suppliers.
6. Able to work well in a team.
7. Highly responsible for assigned duties.
8. Support the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality system.
9. Other tasks related to the responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications: Age 24 – 35 years old. Bachelor's degree or higher (in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields). At least 1 year of experience in procurement within the Solar EPC business. Experience in raw material ordering. Intermediate level of English conversation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP (Mango). High patience and able to handle pressure well. Responsible for assigned duties.
