Project Development Officer (Electrical Engineer)

OB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Business Development Officer to join our Solar PV Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team. As a BD Engineer with a focus on technical design, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, developing solar PV system designs, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales and project development process.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting a site visit / survey to collect information, regulations, requirement from clients for Solar PV System project development purpose.

Executing the analysis of the consumption demand of target installed location to provide a proposal, PPA, EPC, Leasing, others, herewith an accurate capacity design and create a most beneficial solution to clients.

Developing the preliminary engineering design of Solar PV System in type of Solar PV Farm, Solar PV Rooftop, Solar PV Floating and Solar Car Park i.e., Overall Layout Design, Single Line Diagram Design, etc.

Estimating the quantity of item needed in developed projects, also sourcing for the equipment price, technical information and design criteria.

Attending conferences, seminars, meetings, and industry events for improving of individual skill.

Analyzing customer feedback to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products, solutions, and services.

Analyzing technical project development and developing effective engineering strategies to reduce project & business costs and increase company and project profits and benefits.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineer would be preferred)
2. 0-3 years of proven experience working as a Business Development Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer or similar role.
3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office, CAD Drafting, and other related applications.
4. The ability to travel by car as needed.
5. Excellent engineering skills, analytical, problem-solving and management skills and having strong technical background.
6. Effective communication skills.
