Operation Engineer

• Monitor daily plant performance and identify any operational issues through remote systems.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate corrective maintenance (CM) requests.
• Prepare and summarize cleaning schedules, production and performance reports, monthly invoices, and plant status updates.
• Analyze production data to identify trends or potential improvements.
• Support the Operation Manager and other teams with assigned technical and reporting tasks.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related fields). Basic understanding of Solar PV system operation and monitoring platforms. 1–3 years of experience in Solar O&M, monitoring, or related engineering roles. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
