Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to be part of our dynamic team. If you thrive in managing costs, contracts, and project coordination across diverse disciplines, this role is for you!  What You’ll Do  Take charge of material take-off, cost estimation, and budgeting for civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects. 

Play a key role in tender preparation and submission. 

Handle progress payment claims and manages contractual matters. 

Coordinate and prepare correspondence with stakeholders, authorities, and relevant parties. 

Support the team with ad hoc duties as required. 

What We’re Looking For  Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 

At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. 

Proficiency in MS Office and contract administration. 

Meticulous, with a positive work attitude. 

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills. 

Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D)/sketchup is a plus. 

Independent, yet an excellent team player.
