Technical Manager Recycling Plant m/f/d starting immediately

We are based in the Port of Hamburg and are a leader in the field of collection, transport, cleaning, treatment, and disposal of pollutants, industrial cleaning, tank and ship cleaning, as well as oil recycling. Additionally, we offer extensive consulting services.

To strengthen our team in Hamburg-Harburg, we are looking for someone starting immediately:

Your tasks:

• Technical leadership of the technical department, coordination and supervision of departmental tasks

Plant operation, wastewater, tank field, boiler house, electrical engineering

• Development and implementation of the internally defined goals and standards for the entire technical department of the recycling plant
• Inspection, maintenance, repair, and improvement of various units: pumps, compressors, valves, etc.
• Support the management in technical matters

Your profile:

• You are a leader with very good analytical and conceptual skills.
• You convince through high commitment, social competence, and team spirit.
• Your way of working is characterized by solution-oriented and cross-departmental thinking and acting
• Training as a Schiffsmechaniker, Anlagenmechaniker
• State-certified Techniker - Technischer Schiffsoffizier specialization: Schiffsbetriebstechniker is an advantage
• Technically proficient (Wartung, Instandsetzung, Inspektion, Schiffsreparatur, Technische Dokumentation, Schweißen, Motorentechnik, Schiffstechnik, Anlagentechnik, Schiffsmotoren, Generator, Kompressoren, Wärmetauscher, Pumpen)
• English
