-Develop drawings and models using CAD and BIM software. -Coordinate with architectural, structural, -Review contractor shop drawings and material submittals. -Coordinate and supervise plumbing and sanitary works
- Conduct regular inspections and provide recommendations for improvement or rectification works when required.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor maintenance progress, drawings, and other relevant documents related to building works.
-Prepare and review quotations and maintenance records.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate with contractors
