Human Resources Intern
The Organization & Employee Development Intern will support the HR team in employee engagement activities, training and development, and organization development. The role involves assisting with planning, coordination, documentation, and program support while gaining practical experience in HR operations and communication.
Core Responsibilities:
Documentation & Logistics Support: Assist in preparing HR program materials, coordinating event logistics, maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and communicating schedules and requirements to participants.
Program Implementation Support: Support the execution of employee engagement and development activities by facilitating sessions, assisting speakers, monitoring program delivery, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Event Proposal Development: Help conceptualize and prepare employee engagement event proposals, conduct research, collaborate with stakeholders, create multimedia materials for internal communications, and develop a comprehensive event proposal from planning through execution.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in HR, and/or Psychology
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic Data interpretation and problem-solving mindset
Confidence in presenting and facilitation
Approachable and ability to build rapport with employees
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
