What will you do as a Technical Support Engineer? In this position, you are responsible for technical support to our customers, dealers, and technicians regarding our sorting installations and the associated peripheral equipment. You will deal with a diversity of questions, requests, and malfunctions. The reports that come in primarily concern machine control and software issues.

It is important to set the right priorities and recognize urgent problems based on your technical insight. You will register incoming calls, execution, and handling. You will also provide technical training to customers, dealers, and colleagues.

In some cases, you will visit our international customers to support them on-site. We strive to fulfill the desire to support customers on location.

What do you bring? To be able to perform the duties at a high level, you need a technical MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably towards electrotechnics, mechatronics, or technical informatics;

It is important that you have knowledge of PLC software and IT, or are open to increasing this knowledge. Additionally, it is a plus if you have several years of experience in a similar position;

Because you will be working for a global customer base, it is necessary that you can speak and write English and preferably German at a proficient level.
