Field Service Engineer (International)

As a Field Service Engineer, you are the global point of contact on-site for installing and optimizing our high-quality installations in the fruit and vegetable sector.

What will you do? In this position, you are responsible for: Installing, assembling, and connecting sorting and packaging installations at customers worldwide;

Commissioning (?), testing, and optimizing complete systems;

Performing service and maintenance work;

Resolving technical malfunctions on-site;

Coordinating with project leaders and engineers in Tricht;

Guiding the customer during the startup phase.

You work independently or in a team on-site and take responsibility for a well-running installation. You are active internationally at least 50% of your time. This could be Europe, but also beyond. No two days are the same. No two projects are the same. And no two countries are the same.

What do you bring? MBO or HBO working and thinking level (preferably Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar)

Experience with machine building, industrial installations, or capital goods

Affinity with PLC-controlled systems and industrial automation

A practical attitude: you are not afraid to assemble, test, and adjust things yourself

Good command of the English language (German is a plus)

Willingness to travel internationally

You feel comfortable in an international environment, like working independently, and switch easily between the customer and the internal organization.
