Your tasks

sales associate helps customers find and purchase products, answers product questions, and keeps the store organized

• Customer Service: Greet shoppers warmly, listen to their needs, and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Sales & Upselling: Explain item features, share current promotions, and suggest complementary products to increase sales.

• Transactions: Operate cash registers, process point-of-sale (POS) payments, handle credit cards, and manage returns or exchanges.
• Floor & Inventory Maintenance: Restock shelves, unpack new merchandise, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean.

Requirements

• Product Knowledge: Learn the details, benefits, and proper use of the store's inventory to build trust with buyers

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is the standard minimum requirement; many local and specialized retailers in Metro Manila also consider college levels or graduates.
• Work Experience: 6 to 1 year of prior experience in retail sales, cashiers, or customer-facing roles is preferred, though entry-level positions often welcome fresh high school or college graduates
