STORE SUPERVISOR

A store supervisor oversees daily store operations, manages retail staff, and ensures excellent customer service to meet sales goals.

• Operations: Open and close the store, manage daily shifts, and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign duties, train new hires, and monitor team performance.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve escalated complaints.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track sales, restock shelves, and assist with product orders.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or a 3–4 year college degree in business or a related field. • Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail or supervisory experience.
