Drafter

Job Responsibilities Prepare and update detailed construction and architectural drawings using AutoCAD. Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, layout plans and construction details. Support Renovation, Addition & Alteration (A&A) and building construction projects. Coordinate drawings with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and site teams. Revise drawings according to site conditions, consultant comments and project requirements. Ensure drawings are accurate and submitted within project deadlines. Assist with material specifications and technical documentation. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in Singapore construction projects. Experience in Renovation and A&A projects preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM is an advantage. Able to interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings. Familiar with Singapore construction practices and drawing standards. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience. Employment Type: Full-time
