*We are a family friendly restaurant in the heart of the Rocky Mountains located in downtown Canmore.*

*We are looking for someone who is sales-minded, energetic, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for the overall performance of the restaurant*

*Key Responsibilities*

Take ownership of daily restaurant operations, sales, and profitability.

Develop strategies to increase sales and build strong relationships with locals, tour guides, ski hills, and sports teams.

Ensure compliance with AHS, food safety, fire, workplace health & safety, and municipal regulations.

Deliver excellent customer service that drives repeat business and positive reviews.

Recruit, Lead, schedule, train, and motivate staff while maintaining a positive team environment.

Monitor inventory, food and labour costs, waste, and overall operational efficiency.

Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and service.

Manage opening/closing procedures and resolve customer and operational issues promptly.

Be hands-on and support as needed.

*The Ideal Candidate*

Has previous restaurant management or supervisory experience

Understands that excellent service leads to repeat customers and increased sales

Is confident motivating and leading a small team

Can work independently and take initiative without being constantly directed

Is creative and proactive about promotions and attracting customers

Has strong communication and customer-service skills

Is organized, dependable, and hands-on

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
