About the Role:
The company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves planning and coordinating all project phases, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring that all activities meet technical, safety, and quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full alignment with company objectives. This position also plays a key role in optimizing project performance, fostering team collaboration, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective client engagement and partnership development.
- Plan, initiate, and manage all stages of project execution, including scheduling, milestones, and resource allocation
- Divide the project into phases with realistic timelines and accurately estimate the required work hours and resources for each phase
- Assess project feasibility and suggest effective solutions to technical or organizational challenges
- Lead and coordinate project implementation with internal teams, contractors, and clients
- Support business growth by engaging new clients and building long-term partnerships
- Develop project strategies together with the team and ensure smooth collaboration among all members involved
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and overall project performance
- Assemble and oversee construction teams as needed for specific tasks or stages
- Manage and maintain all documentation related to project execution
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to the immediate supervisor
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
- Identify potential project risks and implement preventive measures
- Guide and support construction staff throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and maintain completed construction works to ensure that the final results fully match the standards, requirements, and specifications provided by the team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in management or engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, including international trips when required
