Overview

Join our client as a Relationship Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients, leveraging banking and wealth management solutions within a global banking platform

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and client profiling to identify customer needs and objectives
• Build and deepen client relationships by providing regular market updates and insights on local and international financial products
• Develop and execute monthly sales plans to meet or exceed new business and customer acquisition targets
• Drive business development through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, and promotional activities
• Organize and deliver presentations to groups, associations, companies, and other organizations to promote services
• Develop referral networks across internal teams and external channels to generate new business opportunities
• Deliver high-quality after-sales service and proactively manage client retention to sustain long-term relationships
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, risk management, and internal control requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• RNF and CFMAS certifications
• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management
• Experience managing affluent or high-net-worth clients
• Strong knowledge of financial and wealth management products, including investments, funds, equities, insurance, and treasury
• Additional language proficiency relevant to effective communication with the client base and business needs
