Junior IT Support

We are looking for a Junior IT Support / ERP Support to join our company's IT team.

The position is aimed at an individual with an interest in technology, a willingness to learn and evolve, who wants to gain substantial experience in a modern corporate environment.

The new collaborator will actively participate in the daily support of users and information systems, with subject matter including ERP, WMS, Microsoft 365, B2B, WordPress, hardware and software support.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily technical user support regarding software and hardware issues.
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems (troubleshooting) in computers, applications, and peripheral devices.
• User support for the operation of Entersoft ERP and Entersoft WMS and handling daily issues.
• Support and management of the corporate B2B platform.
• Support and updating of the corporate Website in WordPress.
• Basic creation and editing of images and graphics via Adobe Photoshop, where required for the Website, the B2B, or other corporate needs.
• Support and management of Microsoft 365 applications and users.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshooting issues in printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Collaboration with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve internal processes.
• Daily support of company employees regarding technical issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, or another related specialty.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Good knowledge of computers, hardware, peripheral devices, and basic networks.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Knowledge and familiarity with WordPress.
• Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of the English language, at both written and spoken levels.
• Willingness for continuous learning and evolution.

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar IT Support / Helpdesk / ERP Support position will be appreciated.
• Experience or familiarity with Entersoft ERP / WMS will be considered an additional asset.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases will be appreciated.
