Intern - Valuation & Modeling - Neuilly-sur-Seine (M/F)
You will join the dynamic Deal Advisory pole within the Valuation & Modeling department.
The Valuation & Modeling team supports its clients - start-ups, private or listed groups, and public actors – in France and internationally, in their investment decisions through varied and stimulating missions: Business and asset valuation as part of transactions (price negotiation, intra-group transfer, shareholder entry or exit) as well as for financial reporting needs (purchase price allocation, impairment test);
Valuation of financial instruments (BSA, ADP…) using advanced optional models;
Design and development of financial models: construction of equity tracking models, fundraising and M&A transaction models, optimization of financing to maximize the profitability and viability of projects;
Debt Advisory – Financial advisory for debt raising: negotiation of financing terms and conditions for infrastructure projects, interaction with lenders to establish the best financing conditions;
Model review and certification: examination and validation of financial models built by third parties as part of certifications required by lenders or within the framework of M&A transactions to guarantee their reliability.
We operate in all sectors, with part of the team dedicated to infrastructure projects: renewable energies, transport infrastructure, telecommunications, and buildings.
Within a human-sized team (approximately 30 people), you will have the opportunity to work on varied and complementary missions, allowing you to acquire solid expertise in both valuation and strategic and financial advisory.
You will be an integral part of the missions by participating in: Financial and strategic analyses allowing for the understanding of the business model and the analysis of the evaluated company's business plan;
Sector research allowing for the definition of valuation parameters;
The construction or review of financial models and valuation models (Discounted Cash-Flow, Multiples, optional models);
The construction of financial models: modeling the legal, tax, and financial structure of projects;
The drafting of key documents necessary for fundraising, such as teasers, memorandums, and financing term sheets;
The review of models in order to guarantee their reliability.
End-of-studies internship only, for 6 months starting from January 2027.
You are in your final year of higher education, such as a top business or engineering school, or a university equivalent in project finance or corporate finance.
You benefit from a minimum of a first 6-month experience in Corporate Finance (Audit, TS, M&A, Private Equity, or Project Finance).
You demonstrate rigor, curiosity, as well as excellent analytical and synthesis skills. You prefer teamwork and enjoy challenges. You have a good ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines. You have a good level of English, both spoken and written. You perfectly master Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA is appreciated.
