Within the Deal Advisory department, on Transaction Services and Restructuring Services missions, you will support clients in the context of acquisition, disposal, or underperformance operations, in France and internationally, for a diversified clientele (financial investors and industrial or commercial groups) small-mid cap.

Analysis of balance sheet risks

You are in your final year of higher education, such as a business school, university, or engineering school, completed by training in Finance.

You benefit from at least a first experience of 6 months in Finance (audit, management control, TS, M&A, Private Equity, etc.). You demonstrate very good synthesis, writing, and rigor skills. You prefer teamwork and enjoy challenges.

You have a good level of English, both spoken and written.
