Trainee Lawyer - Corporate M&A – Neuilly (M/F)

Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats, a multidisciplinary Business Law Firm and member of the Grant Thornton International network, is looking for a trainee for a duration of 6 months starting from January 2027. Within a Corporate M&A team composed of 6 people, you will assist the department's associates in managing their files, and more particularly in the following areas: company law, internal group restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.

In this capacity, you will undertake the following missions: Legal monitoring of companies

Legal research, drafting of notes and consultations

Drafting of deeds, contracts and corporate documentation

Legal due diligence and drafting of summary notes

Assistance in the preparation of closings

Participation in meetings and conference calls

As a law student (Elève-avocat), you have at least one initial experience acquired through an internship or work-study program within the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm and are looking for a final full-time internship. Recognized for your interpersonal skills, your writing skills, your analytical and synthesis skills as well as your ability to adapt, you have a good level of English.
