Senior Manager / Director Risk & Regulatory Transformation - FS - Neuilly (M/F)

We support banks, finance companies, asset managers, and financial institutions in managing their transformation projects, risk management, and performance improvement.
As part of our strong growth in the banking sector, we are looking for a Senior Manager / Director capable of actively contributing to the development of our Risk & Regulatory Transformation team. Alongside the Financial Services sector Partners, you will play a key role in business development, structuring offers, managing strategic missions, and leading teams.
- Management of Risk & Regulatory transformation projects for banks of all sizes, covering various topics:
Implementation of prudential banking regulations (finalization of Basel 3, NPL, NDOD, prudential simplification, etc.);
Optimization of scarce resources: compliance diagnostics, support for the implementation or updating of capital & liquidity management frameworks (ICAAP/ILAAP);
Data quality challenges, digitalization of prudential reporting (BCBS 239, BIRD/IREF evolutions, etc.) and digitalization of the Risk Function (Generative AI, operational efficiency, TOM review);
Evolution of the risk management framework: implementation or review of the ERM framework covering processes and controls related to the definition of risk appetite, limits, and risk indicators;
Preparation and follow-up of on-site inspection (OSI) missions by the ACPR or the ECB, including the implementation of remediation actions;
Support within the framework of regulatory stress test exercises;
Implementation of regulatory evolutions in credit risk regulatory models (PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS9, etc.) or market models (FRTB, VaR/ES, CVA, IRC) and CCR, or auditing their compliance;
Compliance with the requirements of the Recovery Plan and reinforced expectations regarding Resolution (SRB);
Integration of ESG issues into Risk processes.
- Offer Development & Leadership
Act as the firm's banking sector specialist for the Risk and Finance Departments of banking players;
Develop and manage a portfolio of banking clients and identify transformation opportunities within Risk and Finance Departments;
Drive the business development of the Risk & Regulatory banking offer: identification of opportunities, management of business development actions, drafting of proposals;
Supervise and develop the skills of a team of consultants and managers;
Guarantee the quality of deliverables, respect for deadlines, and value creation for clients; Participate in the firm's visibility and contribute to the production of thought leadership content (publications, speaking engagements, webinars) positioning the firm on banking regulatory issues.
Your clients will be retail banks, private banks, investment banks, finance companies, and public financial institutions.
Depending on your level of experience, you will intervene either as a Senior Manager with strong management and business development responsibilities, or as a Director with the responsibility to lead and sustainably develop the Risk & Regulatory banking advisory activity.
The position is available starting from October 2026.
Education Business school, engineering school, or university (Specialized Master's: finance, actuarial science, insurance law, audit, compliance, or risk management).
Experience 8 to 12 years of experience, including a significant portion in a consulting firm and/or in the Risk or Finance Department of a banking group.
Proven experience in managing teams and complex missions in a multi-entity environment.
Exposure to ACPR or ECB inspection contexts.
Technical Skills In-depth expertise in the banking regulatory framework: CRR3/CRD6 and level 2 prudential texts (EBA), Resolution regulatory framework, non-financial regulations including CSRD, BCBS 239, etc.
Mastery of regulatory capital calculation methodologies and other prudential requirements (liquidity, leverage ratio, etc.)
Knowledge of the ECB / ACPR prudential and regulatory framework
Ability to analyze complex frameworks and formulate high-impact operational recommendations
Knowledge of Risk & Finance tools and data / automation / AI issues (data quality, BCBS 239).
Transversal Skills Senior Manager posture: strong leadership, autonomy, sense of responsibility
Writing excellence (scoping notes, steering committee support, deliverables for governance bodies)
Interpersonal skills at the C-suite level and strong ability to influence without hierarchical authority
Strategic vision and appetite for business development and offer structuring
Ability to work in demanding environments under strong regulatory constraints
