Senior Operational Consultant - Controlling - Neuilly-sur-Seine (M/F)
You will join a growing, human-sized team dedicated to Controlling Consulting missions. By joining the department, you will have the opportunity to contribute and develop your skills through rich and varied missions. Under the supervision of the management dedicated to your missions, you will have the opportunity to assist our clients in the operational execution of numerous tasks:
Budget construction: N+1, Forecast, PMT, Business Plan
Production of management analyses: understanding and monitoring margins, determination of production costs, production of reporting and dashboards, improving the reliability of information to better manage activity, etc.
Identification of areas for improvement and implementation of action plans
Conducting diagnostics and associated recommendations
Project-based intervention, for example in the definition and implementation of new management indicators, facilitating brainstorming workshops around the improvement of management processes
Training actions for clients or firm employees
As part of the development of our activities, and depending on your experience, you will participate in actions to develop our service offering: drafting commercial proposals in response to calls for tender, client presentations, training, supervising employees, etc.
With higher education in management (business school, DSCG, Master CCA, etc.), you have a minimum of 4 years of experience in controlling, acquired in a company and/or a consulting firm. Throughout your career, you have ideally demonstrated true competence in:
Social controlling: monitoring payroll, participating in the definition of salary increase policy, construction of payroll forecasts, etc.
or Supply chain controlling: monitoring logistics costs, stock levels and quality, etc.
or Implementation projects for financial and operational KPI and their modeling in a Dashboarding tool, such as Power BI
or Industrial controlling acquired at a production site: calculation of standards, production variance, etc.
You have an appetite for management IT tools, data analysis, and master a market ERP, particularly SAP. Proficiency in English is essential given the international nature of our missions. With an open, dynamic, and rigorous nature and demonstrating a real capacity for adaptation, you are able to adopt a very operational posture to support our clients.
