Senior Consultant - Internal Audit – Financial Services – Neuilly (M/F)

As part of its development, our consulting department dedicated to the financial sector is looking for a Senior Consultant expert in Internal Audit based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Integrated into a team of consultants specialized in the financial sector, you will primarily work on internal audit missions on behalf of banking institutions and insurance organizations. In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be to: Participate in the establishment of our clients' multi-year audit plan;

Evaluate the level of risk as well as the compliance, security, and efficiency of the activities and operations carried out at our clients;

Provide a reliable diagnosis of the level of risk management and write findings and proposals for improvement;

Present your conclusions during closing meetings in the presence of the auditees;

Participate in the development of the client portfolio and the internal audit activity;

Contribute to the evolution of practices, the design, and the marketing of new innovative and technological service offerings (e.g. "Managed Services");

Contribute to Marketing and Communication actions related to the consulting activity in the field of internal audit (e.g. webinars, publications, conferences ...).

Your clients will be retail banks, private banks, investment banks, finance companies, public financial institutions, as well as insurance organizations. The position is available immediately.

You are a graduate of a major business school / engineering school or a Master II (Sciences Po, university), preferably with a specialization in banking/finance, audit, or consulting;

You have at least 2 years of professional experience acquired within a consulting firm, audit firm and/or internal audit department / general inspection of a financial institution; You are rigorous and organized; You demonstrate excellent writing skills;

You have advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

You have very good interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service;

You enjoy teamwork;

You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
