Manager - Performance Management - Neuilly (M/F)

The Finance pole intervenes with the General Management and Finance Departments of our clients on issues related to organization, processes, information systems, and activity management. Our interlocutors during our missions are CFOs, Management Control Departments, CIOs, and Finance Transformation Directors. Our consultants work with clients from all economic sectors.

Missions As part of supporting our clients (large accounts, mid-caps, SMEs) across all sectors, you will intervene in the management and supervision of the following consulting activities: Support for performance management: redesign of management models, optimization of forecasting cycles, identification of indicators, definition of dashboards in order to cascade strategy to the top management level and/or the operational level,

Conduct performance diagnostics of the finance function (Processes – Tools – Organization), particularly for the management control department,

Optimization of finance functions (accounting, management control, …): proposals of recommendations to improve the activity of the Finance Department (data governance, optimization of financial, budgetary, accounting processes, etc.),

Evolving the information system (on the AMOA side) such as EPM and ERP,

IT study: master plan and choice of Finance tools

Support for the evolution of the financial information system: drafting requirements (specifications), assistance in tool selection, assistance in the implementation of information systems through all project phases (design, realization, testing, deployment…),

Change management: Definition of the strategy and support for the use of new tools / processes implemented.

What we expect from you: Graduate of higher education with a Master 2 (Business school, engineering school, University, etc.), you have a successful experience of at least 6 years within a consulting firm, ESN, or experience within finance departments having participated in transformation projects,

Excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to be comfortable with different interlocutors,

Ease in oral and written communication,

Strong analytical and synthesis skills (formalization and reporting),

Spirit of initiative and a strong ability to integrate into a collective,

Innovation and technology are your drivers for development

Very good knowledge of functional topics surrounding financial processes (accounting, management)

Experience with one or more IT tools on the market in the finance sphere (EPM, BI, ERP),

Experience in supervision and mission management with a large degree of autonomy,

Active participation in the methodological and commercial development of our service offerings

Fluent, at least you speak business English.
