Consultant – Transaction Services - Neuilly-sur-Seine (M/F)

You will join the dynamic Deal Advisory pole within the Transaction Services department, which supports its clients in the context of acquisition or divestment operations in France and internationally. Within a human-sized team, you will participate in the execution of transaction advisory missions for a diverse clientele (Private Equity funds and French or international groups) on small and mid cap operations.

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Transaction Services Consultant, who will intervene on the following missions: Acquisition due diligence: analysis of the historical performance and the Business Plan of a target to assist your clients in identifying value creation levers and elements affecting valuation and price

Vendor due diligence: preparation of a report at the request of the seller in order to analyze the key characteristics of the target to secure and optimize the transaction

Vendor assistance: assistance to the seller during the different phases of the divestment process (securing information, analyses...)

During your missions, you will take charge of the training and skill development of junior collaborators.

The challenges of the position: Your knowledge and expertise will allow you to develop your skills in accounting and financial analysis related to transactions in various business sectors.

You will develop your "Business" approach on different missions, notably during client meetings.

A graduate with a BAC+5 from a major business school, engineering school, or a leading university, you have 3 years of experience acquired in Transaction Services within a Consulting firm, an M&A boutique, or a Private Equity fund.

You are comfortable working in an international environment and you speak English fluently.
