Junior Consultant - Risks, Internal Control and Internal Audit - Neuilly (M/F)

As part of its growth, our Risk Management team is looking for a Consultant in Risks - Internal Control - Internal Audit.

You will intervene in various sectors of activity (excluding banking and insurance): services, industry, pharmaceutical, aeronautics, automotive, environment, energy, luxury, … on the following subjects:

Help our clients define and improve their organization and their risk management processes;

Support internal control departments (or risk management) in the deployment of risk management and internal control frameworks (including risk mapping, process description, implementation of procedures, action plans or control plans, crisis management exercises, implementation of Business Continuity Plans);

Assist internal control departments in the execution of their control plan;

Perform internal audit missions, according to the professional standards of the IFACI.

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) and/or a specialized degree in Risks / Control / Audit, you have 1 to 3 years of experience in internal control/internal audit/statutory auditing within an audit and/or consulting firm.

You master the industry frameworks regarding internal control (COSO, SOX, ISAE 3402, ISO 31000, ISO 22301…) and internal audit (IFACI, IIA). You also possess accounting and financial knowledge and experience.

You have perfect command of spoken and written English. You have experience in supervision and mission management. The personal qualities necessary to thrive in this position will be analytical and synthesis skills, objectivity, rigor, pragmatism, strong interpersonal skills, good writing skills, dynamism, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities.
