Lawyer – Social Law – Neuilly (M/F)

Integrated into the Grant Thornton Lawyer teams composed of about one hundred collaborators, you will work in close collaboration with the Associates and Partners of the Social department (a team of 8 people), whose practice is distinguished in the rankings of the best business law firms.

In this context, you will support them, in advisory and litigation, on the following aspects: Legal research

Drafting of consultations, legal documents (employment contracts, ...) and procedural documents (submissions, ...)

Pleading before courts

Participation in social audits

Participation in team meetings and client appointments

Legal monitoring, writing articles and preparing conferences/training sessions

Holder of the CAPA as well as a Master 2 in Droit Social, potentially complemented by a dual degree (LLM, Grandes Ecoles, Sciences Politiques), you have at least one significant first experience, as an intern and/or as a collaborator within the social department of a law firm.

Recognized for your interpersonal skills, your writing skills, your analytical and synthesis skills as well as your ability to adapt, you are proficient in IT tools. A good level of English is required.
