Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Client service

• Develop and maintain good and strong rapport with clients by gaining a clear understanding of client expectations and consistently delivering high standard of client service
• Regularly attend meetings alongside with Directors and Partners, prepare meeting minutes and proactively follow up on agreed items or respond to clients’ queries...

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, finance or business is strongly preferred;
• Minimum of 5 consecutive years working experience in consulting firms.
• Have diversified knowledge and practical experiences regarding tax, labour, customs and licensing.
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing;
• VTCA/CPA/ACCA/CPAA is preferable
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
