Requirements
AI / GenAI Engineering Skills
Has hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using LangChain , including multi-step chains and tool integrations. Has implemented RAG pipelines using vector databases, chunking strategies, embeddings, and retrieval optimization. Understands context engineering techniques, including message history management, grounding strategies, and prompt templating. Has experience working with agent-style workflows using LangChain agents or equivalent agentic patterns. Has worked with Azure AI Foundry , Azure OpenAI models, embeddings, and inference configurations. Understands integration patterns between LLM services and backend systems (APIs, databases, event-driven flows). Has exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio , including plugin concepts, connectors, and enterprise deployment constraints. Has experience logging, monitoring, and evaluating LLM outputs for correctness and quality.
Frontend
Demonstrates strong proficiency in the React ecosystem for building scalable UI components. Has experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Chakra UI. Has a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and frontend performance optimization.
Backend
Has strong expertise in Python for backend development. Has hands-on experience with Django and FastAPI for API development. Has experience implementing asynchronous workflows using Celery. Has a strong understanding of REST API design, performance optimization, and security. Has experience with database design and optimization, including PostgreSQL and Azure SQL.
Cloud Services
Has hands-on experience with Azure services for deployment and monitoring. Has experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Is familiar with Redis caching for performance improvement. Preferred Experience
Has experience building enterprise-scale platforms and products. Has strong experience with cloud-native architecture and DevOps transformation. Has experience working in matrixed or global organizations. Has exposure to data analytics, reporting, or audit-related platforms. Has experience with Celery for distributed and asynchronous processing. Has hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Has experience working with large datasets or analytics-driven platforms. Has experience mentoring junior developers.
Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications
Has 5–8 years of experience in full-stack development. Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Has strong experience in building scalable applications and APIs. Has proven experience working in Agile environments. Fluency in Polish and English.
