Data Architect

Your tasks

The initial priority will be a brand new internal BI Snowflake based platform. Snowflake is new to the company, so you will help to build Snowflake knowledge and capabilities across the data team.

The second is a SQL based customer facing platform which needs evolving – you will have the chance to shape its architecture from the ground up, and help it support AI capabilities.

The role offers the chance to not just own the architecture of two data platforms, but to help shape the growing architecture function.

Requirements

It would suit a technical individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will likely have the following skills / experience:

• Data architecture on Snowflake
• Strong SQL and ELT / ETL knowledge
• Strong understanding of data governance
• Stakeholder management, and communicating technical ideas to non-technical people
• Currently working as a Data Architect, or a Data Engineer looking to step up

Data Architect Bristol / Hybrid - £65,000 - £80,000 A fantastic opportunity for a Data Architect / Senior Data Engineer to join a growing SaaS company in Bristol, with an initial responsibility of owning the architecture of two data platforms.

The company are based in central Bristol and work on a hybrid basis, with two days a week in the office.
