Job Summary
You will support the portfolio manager across the full investment process at a MAS-licensed multi-family office managing discretionary multi-asset mandates for a select group of families.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manager and fund due diligence materials by reviewing factsheets, DDQs, and GP documents to evaluate investment opportunities
- Run screening and peer comparison analyses to identify relative strengths and weaknesses of investment options
- Draft clear, actionable Investment Committee memos summarizing research findings and recommendations
- Monitor portfolio NAV and performance by tracking exposures, conducting attribution analysis, and calculating fees
- Conduct market and macroeconomic research to inform asset allocation and tactical investment positioning
- Perform company-level financial modeling and term-sheet analysis for direct and private investments
- Prepare client and board reporting materials that communicate portfolio status and investment insights effectively
- Work independently and collaboratively within a lean team, managing diverse tasks including detailed and routine work
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- CFA candidate or charterholder preferred
- Accounting qualification also welcome
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, investment banking, transaction services, or fund administration
