Job Summary
Support and execute social media marketing activities to promote Grand Vin’s fine wine portfolio through engaging content creation, campaign management, and audience engagement in a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting
- Develop creative campaign concepts and produce content aligned with brand strategy
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms to increase brand awareness
- Monitor social media performance metrics and analyze results to inform content optimization
- Optimize campaigns and content based on analytics and audience engagement data
- Interact with followers to foster community engagement and support brand loyalty
- Support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales and visibility
- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all online communications and social media channels
- Stay updated on social media and industry trends to propose innovative ideas for audience growth
- Propose new strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance audience engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, demonstrated by managing brand presence across major platforms
- Ability to create and market social media content, including campaign planning aligned with brand strategy
- Excellent communication skills to convey brand stories clearly and professionally in written and visual formats
- Relevant marketing or communications experience, preferably in lifestyle, hospitality, or wine-related industries
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Singapore
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; interest or knowledge in fine wines is an advantage
