Senior Program Manager

Job Responsibilities Strategic Operations, Growth and Governance Support the COO and the SEA leadership team on strategic operational priorities, long-term planning and the execution of key initiatives across the region. Evaluate and support new business opportunities and customer engagements from an operational perspective, ensuring readiness for successful onboarding, ramp-up and long-term growth. Support the development of regional performance management, governance structures and operational best practices. Operational Excellence, Safety and Sustainability Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across SEA sites, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost competitiveness. Drive and support safety and sustainability initiatives in line with regional and Group objectives, including ensuring compliance with Aalberts standards and best practices.

Transformation, Transfers and Expansion Lead and coordinate product and technology transfer programs from Europe to SEA, including industrialization, stakeholder alignment and risk management. Support regional CAPEX, footprint optimization and capacity expansion projects to enable future growth and operational scalability. Manage cross-functional programs and ensure successful execution across the operations, engineering, supply chain, quality and commercial teams.

Regional Alignment and Collaboration Act as a key link between the European and SEA organizations, facilitating collaboration, knowledge transfer and alignment on strategic priorities and operational execution.
