We are looking for a Hostess with experience in customer service and hospitality services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering an excellent experience to our customers, ensuring impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Your main responsibility will be to provide customer support, from reception to farewell, ensuring that every detail is covered for a memorable experience. You must have a friendly and proactive attitude, with effective communication skills both verbal and written. Your ability to interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner is fundamental to success in this position.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality services is required, whether in restaurants, hotels, or events. You must be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to the changing needs of customer service. Your commitment to service excellence and your ability to work in a team will be key to your performance in this role.
