REFIT BUSINESS MANAGER - M/F

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Under the responsibility of Sylvain, our Refit Manager, within a team of 20 PEOPLE and BASED IN LA GRANDE MOTTE, you will be in charge of:

REFIT PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Manage assigned refit files, from opening to closing,
• Analyze needs and prepare interventions (diagnosis, identification of parts, coordination),
• Plan and organize interventions, notably in coordination with local or foreign partners and subcontractors,
• Ensure work follow-up: compliance with deadlines, quality, and expected standards,
• Guarantee regular and structured reporting on the progress of files.

DIAGNOSIS AND PROBLEM SOLVING:

• Perform technical diagnoses (remotely or on-site),
• Identify root causes and propose suitable solutions,
• Act as an interface with the client: listening, support, and advice,
• Guarantee a high-quality customer experience throughout the processing of the file.

INTERVENTIONS AND FIELD SUPPORT:

• Participate in sea trials,
• Intervene if necessary in field support (shipyard visits, inspections, technical assistance),
• Occasionally contribute to handling or launching operations.

Profile sought:

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

Have good general knowledge in:

• Refit project management / After-sales service, particularly in boating,
• Electricity, plumbing, deck hardware / rigging, composite, and navigation.

You are meticulous, rigorous, autonomous, and punctual. The ability to work in a team is paramount. You are recognized for your organizational skills and stress management.

You have a good sense of customer service and strong interpersonal skills, particularly with foreign clientele (80% OF CLIENTS). You therefore master ENGLISH, especially technical English.

You are comfortable with standard IT tools (PACK OFFICE) as well as with ERPs (SAP).
