Assistant Housekeeping Manager

- Assist in managing, training, and motivating the housekeeping team to meet and exceed service standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service expectations.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with ordering, managing, and controlling housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper stock levels of cleaning materials, linens, and guest amenities.
- Track and report inventory usage, ensuring no shortages or overstocking occurs.
- Assist with planning and coordinating housekeeping schedules to optimize staff efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the daily work schedules for housekeepers and room attendants.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of housekeeping equipment.
- Ensure that all guest requests related to housekeeping are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Communication with other departments, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle special requests and VIP guest needs to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to by the housekeeping team.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all housekeeping staff.
- Assist with the preparation of reports on housekeeping activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to housekeeping operations.
