Would you like to combine your engineering studies with practical experience in project management and learn how technical solutions and business priorities come together?
At Gram Equipment, we develop and deliver equipment for industrial ice cream production worldwide. We are looking for an engineering student to join our Project Management team in Kolding, either as an intern or a student worker.
You will work alongside experienced colleagues and gain insight into how we coordinate projects, from technical requirements and planning to delivery. Along the way, you will learn how mechanical solutions, customer expectations, budgets and deadlines influence project decisions.
What you will be doing You will support our project managers in their daily work, with tasks adapted to your skills, interests and study requirements. Your tasks may include: Supporting project planning and following up on milestones, deadlines and outstanding actions. Preparing and updating project documentation, status reports and meeting materials. Participating in project meetings and following up on agreed actions. Helping coordinate activities across Engineering, Sales, Production, Installation and Service. Supporting the follow-up on project costs, changes and risks. Contributing ideas to improve project processes and ways of working.
As you develop your understanding of our projects, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for defined tasks with guidance from the team.
Who we are looking for You are studying Mechanical Engineering, Global Business Engineering or a related engineering programme. You have a good understanding of mechanical principles and an interest in the business side of engineering, particularly how technical decisions affect costs, delivery and customer value. We also imagine that you: Are curious about project management and eager to apply your knowledge in practice. Work in a structured way and follow through on your tasks. Enjoy collaborating with people across different functions. Take initiative and ask questions when you need input. Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written. You do not need previous project management experience. What matters is your willingness to learn and contribute.
What we offer You will gain practical experience in an international engineering company, with support and feedback from experienced project managers. You will work on real projects and develop your technical, commercial and coordination skills.
Our main office in Kolding offers an informal working environment with dedicated colleagues.
Looking for an internship? We will agree on the duration, scope and learning objectives in line with your study programme. Looking for a student job? We will agree on working hours that fit in with your studies, with flexibility during exam periods.
Interested? Please send your CV and a short application explaining your motivation. Let us know whether you are interested in an internship, a student job or either option, and include your preferred start date and availability.
We look forward to hearing from you!
