We are looking for an Organizational Psychologist or a related professional who can contribute to the development of people, the strengthening of organizational culture, and the implementation of initiatives that drive the engagement, performance, and growth of our collaborators.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage complete Recruitment and Selection processes, including competency-based interviews and candidate evaluation.
  • Coordinate and execute Organizational Development processes, Performance Management, and development plans.
  • Administer climate and engagement surveys, generating action plans and follow-up.
  • Design and coordinate training programs, onboarding, and integration activities.
  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion, leadership, and organizational well-being initiatives.
  • Develop internal communications that strengthen the culture and align teams with the company's objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and optimization of Human Resources processes.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Psychology.
  • From 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or similar roles.
  • Experience in competency-based Recruitment and Selection in renewable energy or mining companies.
  • Knowledge in performance management, training, organizational climate, and talent development.
  • Intermediate-advanced English

We are looking for a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical capacity and adaptability.

Working day:

  • Hybrid modality 3x2 (3 days in-person and 2 days teleworking).
  • Contract through temporary services.
  • Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hours.
  • Workplace: Las Condes.
