At Grafton LATAM we are looking for an Organizational Development Advisor to join an important company in the renewable energies sector.

We are looking for a professional with experience in Organizational Development, people management, and culture, who wants to take on a strategic challenge and participate in high-impact initiatives.

What will be your challenge?

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various Organizational Development and Human Resources initiatives, working transversally with teams and leaders of the organization.

Main responsibilities

• Lead complete competency-based selection processes.
• Coordinate Organizational Development and Performance Management initiatives.
• Manage climate and engagement surveys, implementing and following up on action plans.
• Design and coordinate training, onboarding, and integration programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training plans.
• Drive Diversity and Inclusion, leadership, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop internal communications that contribute to the strengthening of the organizational culture.
• Participate in strategic projects of continuous improvement and people management.

What are we looking for?

• Professional degree in Psychology.
• At least 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or similar roles.
• Experience in competency-based selection processes.
• Knowledge in performance management, training, organizational climate, and talent development.
• Advanced English, with the ability to operate in professional contexts.
• Proficiency in Excel and management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and collaborative work.
• Analytical capacity, autonomy, organization, and adaptation.
