Accountant with SAP in English ECC / SAP R3 – FI module

We are looking for an Accountant to join a dynamic team, where they will have a key role in managing the full vendor cycle, while also supporting accounting processes, closings, and audits.

What will be your main challenges?

• Manage and keep vendor and creditor master data up to date.
• Review, record, and control national and international invoices.
• Manage the approval of invoices and purchase orders.
• Support the preparation of payment payrolls.
• Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts, mainly accounts payable.
• Participate in monthly and annual accounting closing processes.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage documentation, digital, and physical files.
• Collaborate in inventories and processes related to fixed assets.

What are we looking for?

• Technical or professional training in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in vendor management and accounts payable.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC / SAP R3 FI module, especially AP (Accounts Payable) processes.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Chilean tax regulations (SII).
• Proficiency in SAP in English.
• High capacity for organization, self-management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to relate to different areas.

It will be especially valued

• Having experience in the full vendor cycle: invoices, receipts, professional fees, reimbursements, corporate card reconciliations, credit notes, purchase orders, and payment payrolls.

Conditions

• Location: Providencia, Santiago.
• Modality: Hybrid.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
• Contract: Temporary services by project, with an estimated duration of 3 to 6 months.
• Estimated start: October 1, 2026.
• Salary: Will be informed during the selection process.
