On behalf of an internationally successful manufacturer of terrace coverings, we are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor (gn) for a newly opened showroom in Ingolstadt.

Your Role

As an experienced Sales Advisor (m/f/d), you are the important interface between junior and senior sales colleagues. You provide individual advice to customers, guide them confidently through our product portfolio, and accompany them until the successful closing of the sale. At the same time, you support less experienced team members with your know-how.

Your Tasks

• Professional and individual advice for showroom visitors regarding glass sliding walls and terrace coverings
• Analysis of customer needs and development of suitable solutions

• Creation, presentation, and follow-up of offers
• Independent achievement of your sales targets and active contribution to team success

• Support and coaching of junior colleagues
• Ensuring a first-class customer experience in accordance with brand standards

• Participation in weekly training sessions (Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM) to further develop your sales and product knowledge

Your Profile

• 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in retail, a showroom, or consultative sales
• Proven closing strength and the ability to build trust

• Strong customer orientation as well as very good communication skills
• Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and willingness to learn

• Team-oriented way of working and enjoyment in sharing knowledge
• Very good English skills

• Flexibility for evening and weekend work according to the showroom opening hours
