Customer Service

📍 Work Location: Tampines, Singapore

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team!

If you are friendly, responsible, organized, and enjoy communicating with customers, we welcome you to apply. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Arrange air-conditioning servicing, repair and installation appointments
• Prepare quotations, invoices and service-related documents
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and payments
• Coordinate appointments between customers and technicians
• Handle general administrative and customer service duties
• Assist with daily office operations

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR preferred
• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Training will be provided

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

• 1 week: 5 working days
• 1 week: 6 working days
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Salary

💰 $2,000 – $2,800 per month

Salary will depend on experience and incentive scheme.
