Marine Superintendent

JOB DESCRIPTION

Daily monitoring of Vessels, stowage plans, passage plans, cargo works, crew management, crew training, psc preparations, company audit preparations, ship audit.

To manage all service reports and weekly/monthly report from our fleet.

Able to travel overseas at short notices depend of our fleet docking plan.

Maintain good working relations with our onboard crew by daily communications by Email and phone basis under their supervisor and other team members to prevent any issues.

Physically fit to work under outdoor conditions.

Able to work overtime and under pressure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

SI experience, onshore experience more than 2 years

Master Marine onboard experience more than 5 contracts or more than 4 years experience.

Graduate in Marine field

Familiar with the industry standards and compliance requirements.

Mature and strong responsibility.

Ability to travel within short notice as required.

Possess positive work attitude with efficiency

good inter-personal skills.

Able to work in a team environment independently with minimum supervision
