Product Designer

Your tasks

Role Description This is a full-time remote Product Designer role. The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging experiences for Graatea’s AI-driven hiring platform. Responsibilities include translating user and business needs into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs, running user research and usability tests, and refining concepts based on feedback and data. The role involves maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency across products, and documenting design decisions for cross-functional alignment. The Product Designer will also contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities to improve the hiring journey for both employers and candidates.

Requirements

• Strong Product Design skills, with experience owning designs from discovery through delivery.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and problem-solving methods to create user-centered solutions.
• Experience in User Research and UX Research, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing studies.
• Solid Visual Design capabilities, including layout, typography, color, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and design systems.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing SaaS or data-driven products; exposure to HRTech or AI products is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and iterating quickly based on feedback.
