Customer Support and Maintenance Technician M/F

GR Intérim & Recrutement, on behalf of one of its clients, an international company in the medical sector, is looking for a Customer Service & Maintenance Technician - Centre Sector M/F.

This international company has established itself in the field of health IT (radiography, endoscopy, MRI, etc.), and has made its place in the French healthcare field. This large company is looking for a new technical profile to intervene within partner establishments in the Centre of France (Tours, Orléans, Blois, Bourges).

This position is a permanent contract (CDI), available as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Endoscopie Business Unit, the Technician is the preferred technical contact for healthcare establishments. The position consists of guaranteeing the proper functioning, performance, and compliance of the equipment fleet in the sector.

Main Missions:

1. Technical Support & Customer Support

• Ensure preventive visits and contract repairs on the sector's endoscope fleet.
• Take charge of the installation, adjustment, and testing of new and demonstration equipment.
• Raise awareness and train healthcare/biomedical staff on maintenance, storage, and disinfection protocols.
• Provide technical expertise during sector events (congresses, demonstrations, endoscopy universities).

1. Administrative & Logistics Follow-up

• Write and archive intervention reports (SAP / Work Manager tools) and follow up on maintenance.
• Manage onboard stock (car stock), prepare demonstration columns, and update the status of quotes/repairs.
• Keep the intervention schedule up to date and provide reinforcement in the workshop if needed.

1. Quality & Compliance

• Evaluate customer satisfaction and contribute to tender files.
• Ensure technical and sector monitoring.
• Perform all activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Profile Sought

• Bac+2 (Electronics, Electromechanics, or Electrotechnics) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnosis and technical maintenance in the field.
• Mastery of IT/network environments (IP addressing, DICOM, FTP...), technical English (B1/B2 level), and Driving License B is indispensable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, organizational rigor, reactivity, and autonomy in priority management.

Benefits & Remuneration

• Fixed salary between 38 KEUR and 40 KEUR gross annual (depending on profile and experience), supplemented by a variable bonus based on objectives (can reach 2,000 EUR).
