Mechanical Production Technician M/F
GR Finance, a brand of the GR Group, a specialist in recruiting profiles for the banking, finance, and accounting professions for over 35 years, is looking for its client, an industrial equipment supplier.
The Mechanical Production Technician position is a key role within the production department. The job holder will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and qualification of mechanical modules and sub-assemblies. He/she will also play an important role in the transfer from RDE (Experimental Research and Development) to the production of new products, as well as in the improvement of existing products. Additionally, the technician will visit clients for the installation, after-sales service, and technical support of the company's equipment.
This is a permanent contract (CDI) position.
TASK DEFINITION:
- Perform the assembly, testing, and qualification of mechanical modules and sub-assemblies, as well as pneumatic control modules and gas mixture distribution modules.
- Ensure the assembly of LT & QA equipment mechanical modules within the requested deadlines.
- Perform tests on modules subject to specific regulations (DESP) while respecting standards.
- Manage all work related to gaseous, pneumatic, and liquid fluids (piping).
- Maintain and manage production tools.
- Participate in the drafting and updating of assembly procedures.
- Propose improvements in the mounting and assembly processes.
- Undertake occasional missions abroad (mainly Asia).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
With a Bac Pro or Bac Technique degree with a mechanical focus, you have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in technology. You have technical knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following mechanical technologies: electrotechnics, low voltage electrical wiring, or even high voltage.
You are proficient in office tools. You have technical English skills.
