School Relations Officer - HR - Bilingual English M/F
A recruitment specialist for over 45 years, GR Intérim et Recrutement, is looking for its client, a large international law firm, for a School Relations Officer - HR - Bilingual English (M/F).
The position is a permanent contract (CDI), located in Paris 7ème, available as soon as possible.
TASK DEFINITION
Reporting to the HR teams, you will join a team of 4 people, in a demanding and dynamic environment, in constant interaction with law schools and major academic institutions.
In this capacity, your main missions will be the following:
- Organization and participation in school forums in France and internationally (logistical preparation, management of materials, coordination of speakers)
- Presentation of opportunities to students and exchanges with candidates
- Follow-up of applications resulting from events and organization of interviews
- Management of the candidate pool
- Development and follow-up of partnerships with higher education establishments
- Organization of meetings and exchanges with students as well as coordination with pedagogical teams
- Perform administrative follow-up for intern recruitment (transmission of information to human resources, preparation for arrival, confirmation letters, management of internship agreements, etc.)
- Follow-up of interns
- Administrative preparation for the arrival of new lawyers
- Management of several dashboards
- Analysis of recruitment indicators and production of reporting
- Conducting market practice monitoring and recruitment trends
- Contribution to employer brand actions (events, communication, social networks, etc.)
- Participation in the organization of internal and external events aimed at strengthening the attractiveness of the structure
REQUIRED SKILLS
Coming from a background in human resources, law, or a business school, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm, ideally acquired in recruitment or school relations. You possess a good knowledge of the legal ecosystem (interns, trainee lawyers, junior associates) and move easily in an international context thanks to your fluent English.
