QC Technician (Electronics)

Your tasks

1. Strictly adhere to the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
2. Ensure that training is received and workplace safety rules are strictly followed.
3. Ensure compliance with the company's management systems, policies, and regulations.
4. Provide support, guidance, and consultation regarding material inspection techniques to IQC/IPQC/FQC for new product models.
5. Support IQC/IPQC/FQC in prototype measurement, jig or fixture approval, material approval, routine inspection for CMM or complex measurements, and other tasks.
6. Investigate material and production discrepancies and customer claims, and provide preliminary data support for root cause analysis.
7. Issue quality guidelines or any instructions related to quality.
8. Provide support for measurement system analysis.
9. Perform duties as assigned by the QC Engineer.
10. Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding material approval and report material approval status to the QC Engineer.

Requirements

1. Vocational Certificate in Electronics or a related field.
2. At least 0-2 years of experience in inspecting and testing equipment, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), or automated measuring instruments.
3. Possess leadership skills and work well in a team, with a positive attitude and logical thinking.
4. Proficient in English and computer skills.
